This Privacy Policy describes how TEAMFLOW LLC (doing business as “TeamFlow”; “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the QSR Toolkit mobile application (also distributed as “Chicken Cooldown”; collectively, the “App”). TEAMFLOW LLC is the developer listed on the Google Play Store for QSR Toolkit. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

QSR Toolkit, operated by TEAMFLOW LLC, collects the following information when you create an account:

• Email address (for authentication)
• Password (stored securely and encrypted)

We also collect data you enter while using the App, such as cooldown timer logs, waste tracking entries, and drop tracker records. This data is associated with your account so it can be synced across your devices.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and provide access to your account
• To store and sync your App data across devices
• To operate and maintain the App

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Label Printing

The Android app includes support for printing date labels via Bixolon label printers. Print data is sent directly from your device to the printer over a local connection (Bluetooth, USB, or local network). No print data is transmitted to our servers.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud platform. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

5. Your Rights

You may:

• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Request a copy of the data we store about you
• Update your email or password at any time

6. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage. Their privacy policy can be found at supabase.com/privacy. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

7. Children’s Privacy

QSR Toolkit (Chicken Cooldown) is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
